By accessing and using Payout Pilot ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ChaosWing LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Payout Pilot is a web-based application designed to help proprietary (prop) traders track their trading accounts, monitor performance, and manage payouts across multiple prop trading firms. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Allows tracking up to 5 trading accounts with basic features
• Pro Plan: $12/month subscription providing unlimited accounts and advanced business tracking features
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal trading activities

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChaosWing LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of trading data or calculations
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Trading success or financial results

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChaosWing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ChaosWing LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
